Link to the feedback board from the website

I thought you may have gotten rid of this feedback board entirely when it was removed from the homepage on the new site and I couldn't find my way back. I had to scour the Discord to track down a link to get here. I think this would get more use if it were easier to get to, and it was more obvious that it exists
