Mutuals/Friends list or "follows you" icon

It'd be nice to have a way to know whos actually following you without having to go through your followers list, in case you open up for something you want to keep within your mutuals or followers only. It's not so bad early on, but once your followers get to a certain point, it can get to be a bit of a hassle.
