Notification when certain badge is earned

Pretty self explanatory, I think adding notification when you receive new badge would be a nice little thing to consider in future, it would be easier to keep track on certain badges and requirements not to mention easier to check if any of the badges could be bugged and not being earned even if their requirements were fullfilled.
