Option to lower quality of art previews to reduce data consumption.

Whether home or mobile, some users have limited internet data due to the plans the service providers have in different countries. I believe it would be good to have a toggle-able option that can reduce the quality of previews we're seeing on our feed (since all the images load together) so it doesn't consume so much data. Not an urgent thing, but it'd be nice to have this in the future. Hope it's taken into consideration!
